Terms and Conditions

• Love.nl: the website and application operated by TTB Software Development B.V., located at Lagedijk 11A, 2064 KV Spaarndam, registered at the Chamber of Commerce under number 77669703.
• User: any natural person who creates an account on Love.nl and uses the services.
• Services: all functionalities offered by Love.nl, including creating profiles, matching with other users, sending messages and participating in speed dates.
• Account: the personal account of the user on Love.nl, secured with an email address and password.
• Subscription: a paid membership that provides access to additional features of Love.nl.

These terms and conditions apply to all use of the website and application of Love.nl and to all agreements between Love.nl and the user.

By creating an account on Love.nl, you agree to these terms and conditions. Love.nl reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be published on the website and take effect 30 days after publication.

• To use Love.nl, you must be at least 18 years old and create an account with a valid email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. All activities under your account are at your own risk.
• The information you provide during registration and on your profile must be truthful. The use of false data, including fake photos, is not permitted.
• Each account is strictly personal and may not be shared with or transferred to third parties.
• Love.nl reserves the right to refuse, suspend or delete accounts without giving reasons.

Love.nl strives for a safe and respectful environment for all users. It is not permitted to:

• Display hateful, discriminatory, offensive or threatening behaviour.
• Share sexually explicit, violent or otherwise inappropriate material.
• Send spam, post commercial messages or commit fraud.
• Stalk, harass or violate the privacy of other users.
• Use the platform for purposes other than dating and making personal contacts.
• Disrupt the operation of the platform, including the use of bots, scraping or other automated means.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of Love.nl or third parties.

In case of violation of these rules, Love.nl may take measures, including temporarily blocking or permanently deleting your account, without right to refund.

• Love.nl offers both free and paid services. Prices and terms of paid subscriptions are clearly stated before you make a purchase.
• Paid subscriptions are automatically renewed unless you cancel in time. Cancellation is possible through your account settings, no later than 24 hours before the next renewal date.
• You have a 14-day cooling-off period after purchasing a paid subscription, in accordance with distance selling regulations. If you have actively used the paid features within this period, a proportionate amount may be charged.
• Love.nl reserves the right to change prices. Price changes are communicated at least 30 days in advance and do not apply to current subscription periods.

All intellectual property rights relating to Love.nl, including the software, design, texts, images and logos, belong to TTB Software Development B.V. It is not permitted to copy, modify or distribute these without prior written consent.

By posting content on Love.nl (including photos and texts), you grant Love.nl a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to display this content within the platform and for promotional purposes. You retain ownership of your own content at all times.

• Love.nl endeavours to provide a reliable and safe service, but makes no guarantees regarding the availability, completeness or accuracy of the platform.
• Love.nl is not liable for damage arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to damage resulting from contact with other users, incorrect profile information or technical malfunctions.
• Love.nl is not liable for the content or behaviour of users on the platform. Users are responsible for their own interactions and the information they share.
• If Love.nl is liable, this liability is limited to the amount paid by the user to Love.nl in the preceding 12 months.

• You can delete your account at any time through the account settings in the app or by contacting info@love.nl.
• Love.nl may suspend or terminate your account if you act in violation of these terms, without Love.nl being liable for damages.
• Upon termination of your account, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy. A current paid subscription will not be refunded, unless otherwise specified in these terms.

These terms and conditions and all agreements between Love.nl and the user are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes arising from or related to these terms will first be submitted to the competent court in the district of Noord-Holland. If you are a consumer with a complaint, you can also submit it to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

• If any provision of these terms proves to be null or voidable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
• Failure by Love.nl to exercise any right or provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
• Love.nl may transfer rights and obligations under this agreement to third parties, provided this does not adversely affect the user's rights.
